Meet: Wes Atiyeh

Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Wes has a lifelong knowledge of the greater Richmond area, witnessing firsthand the growth and development of rural areas and the revitalization of the city’s most historic communities. Because of his deep ties to Richmond, Wes has a wide range of knowledge about Richmond Real Estate and how to navigate the ever changing market conditions.

Wes began his career with Joyner Fine Properties as an REALTOR® at the Maple office and spent over 9 years there but has been in Real Estate for over 25 years. As a long tenured REALTOR® Wes is able to offer his team of agents first-hand knowledge of how to be successful, how to always put your clients first, and how to ensure the "i's" and dotted and the "t's" are crossed in each transaction.

Education & Background:

Wes completed his high school education at Richmond’s Collegiate School in 1984. Moving on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s Degree in Science and Sports Management from the University of Richmond. Wes stays current with technology to help agents be more efficient and productive in their business. He prides himself on his ability to provide mentorship and support to agents. To do this, he draws on his certification as a Buffini Certified Mentor. He also offers a variety of training programs from both the Buffini and Ninja systems. 

Prior to his 30+ year career as a real estate broker and REALTOR®, Wes worked in building product sales and the National Football League for the Atlanta Falcons.

When Wes is not serving client needs, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Cyndi, and their son, Drew or playing tennis. Wes is a passionate tennis player, coach, and co-founder of the River City Tennis Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. Wes uses his love for the sport of tennis to find ways to continuously give back to the Richmond community, acting as a positive mentor.
