After hiring Elizabeth and getting our home re-listed with her,, our home was under contract in less than two weeks, and closed 3 weeks after that. If ANYONE needs a realtor, I HIGHLY recommend Bruce Nugent, of Joyner Fine Homes. I wish I could give him MORE than 5 stars! The market had been rough when my fiance and I were house-touring, but Bruce was extremely patient and undeterred--keeping us from being discouraged. Because of the volatile market, we spent a LOT of time with Bruce, touring around 30 homes. (I should also not that he was very flexible, working around our two, very irregular schedules.) From day one, he was very personable--Bruce basically treated us like family! He genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect home for ALL of our needs. He not only listened to us, but actually HEARD what we were looking for and completely understood us--including the dynamics of our multiple requests. He was also always very knowledgeable about all of the neighborhoods surrounding our chosen locations. A very professional realtor, Bruce found and shared many homes that fit the bill (on paper). We made offers on several homes that we toured, and when things didn't work out those first few times, he was resilient and told us that he was positive we just hadn't found the right one yet. He was always sure that we would find the perfect home for us, and he was not wrong. He DID FIND us our perfect home. He consciously avoided influencing our negotiation decisions, and was NEVER pushy or "all salesman" (like some other realtors we have known in the past.). When asked, he would share ideas that had worked for others and shared his thoughts on what strategies he thought had been effective in the current market. He even did research for us concerning utilities and services in the neighborhood where we purchased our home! We just cannot say enough about this realtor. Do NOT hesitate to give Bruce a call!

Maureen went above and beyond in every way possible! I couldn't have asked for a more patient, detail-oriented, let-me-take-care-of-every-detail-I-possibly-can agent! I don't know I would have closed on a home when I needed it the most, especially as an essential worker during the pandemic, had I not been working with Maureen specifically. She worked with me on weekends, nights, dropping everything to go next-day-home-shopping, and even did the little things like figuring out some magic to make every single document sign-able online through re-sending in different formats. She also effortlessly handled everything that came up without worrying me in the slightest. I can't stress enough how little I've had to actually do during this entire process. A month after closing Maureen is still working with me and is just as committed to anything I could need regarding my new home compared to when I was her active client. I couldn't recommend her more highly and am beyond satisfied with my experience. And as I said, I credit my finding my dream home with our initial call where she patiently and thoroughly explained the process and made it much more manageable and less scary than I had feared. Within the next few days I found my forever home with Maureen. 11/10!
