It took us over 4 months to sell our home. Our introduction to Drew as our buyer's agent began about 2 months before that when we were first exploring the greater Richmond area. I won't get into details about all of the stress and heartache that my wife and I were facing during the selling process, but I will say that we could not have asked for a better experience on the buyer side through it all. We fix problems for a living; complex, far reaching and intense problems. Generally speaking, the hardest part about doing that is keeping minds at ease. With that said, I have 0 restraint in saying that Drew is the genuine article. He is an upstanding, wholesome, and extremely knowledgeable associate, and Joyner is very lucky to have him on board. For a list of reasons that are too long to define, Drew is your best shot at a smooth homebuying process. Everything from locating a house and setting up showings to financing and closing were essentially seamless. I very proudly recommend our realtor and our new friend Drew Cheely to anyone looking for a place to call home.
