The Joyner Family of Companies

Joyner Fine Properties was incorporated by Crawley F. Joyner, III in 1973 as Joyner & Company, REALTORS®. In 1998, William A. "Bill" White took over as President and in 2003 we became Joyner Fine Properties. Joyner has thrived under Bill's leadership for over two decades, and in 2019, Joyner was acquired by Virginia Credit Union. John Stone of Virginia Credit Union serves as President and Joyner continues to be the premier Richmond real estate source. As Joyner has grown, we have become a "family" of companies, including the following:

We have over 180 associates who represent sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, builders, developers, and community associations. Joyner Fine Properties agents are full-time realtors who know the Richmond area better than "the backs of their hands." We have a support staff of 25 and are located in five strategic areas of Richmond. We also have sales offices in various communities throughout the area.
