Our Westhampton Commons office is located in the Westhampton area off of Libbie and Patterson and is our newest location. Westhampton Commons is a mixed-use development at the former Westhampton School. Along with Joyner Fine Properties, the tenants include Raymond James Financial Advisors, The Pit & The Peel, and apartment units. This location will represent an additional West End real estate office for Joyner and will provide additional space for our growing team of residential real estate agents.
Agents working out of this office will have access to our in-office mortgage loan officers from Virginia Credit Union and licensed insurance agents with Virginia CU Insurance Services. This one-stop shop makes it easy for home buyers and sellers by providing additional services all under one roof.
Along with the incredible location, this office is managed by a tenured Joyner Fine Properties agent turned Managing Broker, Wes Atiyeh. Wes brings over 32 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management within the Central Virginia real estate market. His extensive background in residential real estate encompasses various areas, including marketing, corporate relocation, new home construction, development marketing, building product sales, residential sales, luxury home sales, and broker management.
For more than 30 years, Wes has been a top-performing agent, demonstrating proven systems and best practices to generate leads and referrals across different market conditions. As the managing broker of Joyner Fine Properties, he oversees the operations of the Westhampton Office, focusing on agent and staff training and ensuring transactional and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Wes plays a critical role in Joyner's agent recruitment and retention initiatives. He also serves as a technology trainer and a Buffini Mentor and Coach, and leads the community outreach committee as part of Joyner's leadership team.
Wes's leadership extends beyond the office; he has held various roles in local, state, and national committees, including serving as President of RAR/CVRMLS and as a Director on the National Association of REALTORS Board. After 12 years on the VAR board, he currently chairs the Awards Committee at RAR and is a member of the Standards Forms Committee at VAR. Community involvement is also a priority for Wes, who has participated in HOA boards, served as a founding director of the River City Tennis Foundation, and volunteered at the Science Museum and various charities.
The leadership of Wes, the location near Libbie-Grove, and the services that Joyner Fine Properties provide make this office a great place to call home.
