More than 1,500 guests are expected to view some of Richmond's finest homes in their seasonal splendor during the 2025 Fan District Association Holiday House Tour. The Fan District, named for the shape formed by its streets, is the largest intact Victorian district in the United States.
Tours are scheduled at noon on Saturday, 12/13 and Sunday, 12/14. Tickets are $45 online and $60 day of the tour.
