It's been 4 years since my husband (Sherwood) and I have moved to our second home, after being in our first one for 20 years. As you know during this time the real-estate market definitely changed. That being said, we knew we needed a realtor who could get the job done, in assisting us with selling and buying a home. We can truly say, Angela Glatfelter is by far the best realtor we've experienced an exceptional relationship with. From the beginning to the end of the home selling/buying process. She has extensive experience, knowledgable, responsive, consistent communication with clients, connected us with a great team of folks she worked with through out the process, to whom all were rated five stars. We're firm believers that "she is a God sent". Now that we're settled in our new home, she still keeps in touch, sends us great resources for homeownership to which is a plus factor, and thoughtful gifts. We are truly grateful the Good Lord sent her to be a part of our family circle!!! If we could rate beyond the 5 stars, we would not hesitate to do so. And as my husband would say,"Angela will always be our Realtor".

As a first time homebuyer, the process can feel overwhelming, but Angela was very involved throughout each step and came prepared with strong resources that made the process easier to navigate. She is knowledgable, responsive, and well-connected. I also appreciate the ongoing postcards and mailings she sends with helpful homeownership information-- those touches have continued to be valuable even after closing.

Angela was an absolute pleasure to work with and made our home-buying experience smooth and stress-free. She truly listened to what we were looking for and helped keep us on track when we started to veer off, always reminding us of our priorities. She was incredibly meticulous in researching homes and paying close attention to the details, which gave us so much confidence throughout the process. Angela was always available to look at a house and never made us feel rushed or inconvenient, which meant a lot. She also had wonderful recommendations for our loan and home inspection, both of which were excellent and made the process even easier. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, attentive, and supportive realtor, and we would highly recommend Angela to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

10 Stars!!! I have worked with Angela for years buying & selling 3 homes (including a recent new construction). Angela is so organized, professional, personable and takes pride in making your dreams come true. We had some really big curve balls thrown our way over the years and she just charges ahead and gets the job done! Angela has been doing this a long time and because of her experience, she has made all my home buying & selling such a pleasure. She crosses every "T" and dots every "I" each step along the way. She takes the stress out of the process and with her in my corner, I know it's going to get done the first time and get done right....what a peace of mind. She holds your hand through the whole process and is always a step ahead of any paperwork or deadline. Angela, you are SO GREAT at your job and I will recommend you to everyone! If I had to describe Angela in 1 word, it would be: relatable. She doesn't sugarcoat anything about the buying process, covering things I wouldn't have thought of. She listens to your wants and is very mindful of your budget when reviewing potential homes. Oh and this doesn't stop once closing is over. Her monthly newsletters are informative and her random "just cause" gifts are kind gestures that remind you that she's around, even if you aren't looking to buy or sell. Angela is basically family at this point, lol!
