It took us over 4 months to sell our home. Our introduction to Drew as our buyer's agent began about 2 months before that when we were first exploring the greater Richmond area. I won't get into details about all of the stress and heartache that my wife and I were facing during the selling process, but I will say that we could not have asked for a better experience on the buyer side through it all. We fix problems for a living; complex, far reaching and intense problems. Generally speaking, the hardest part about doing that is keeping minds at ease. With that said, I have 0 restraint in saying that Drew is the genuine article. He is an upstanding, wholesome, and extremely knowledgeable associate, and Joyner is very lucky to have him on board. For a list of reasons that are too long to define, Drew is your best shot at a smooth homebuying process. Everything from locating a house and setting up showings to financing and closing were essentially seamless. I got to tell you, buying a house is very stressful, time consuming, and paying close attention to details. I felt all of the above in the beginning, until I found Drew. Not only did he take the stress off my plate, but he also checked every process, every procedure, and always made sure he had my best interest at hand.
