We would not be homeowners if it were not for Franklin! As a first-time home buyer, the market can feel very intimidating, and it's difficult to know where to start. We had been in constant communication with Franklin, so when we found the house that is now our forever home, he encouraged us to do a no-pressure walk-through. As soon as we went into the house, we fell in love. Franklin was strategic about everything in the process, from setting up our mortgage meeting to when to make the offer. We are beyond grateful we had him on our team!

We loved working with Franklin on our home buying process. He was very responsive and made the whole thing super easy. His knowledge of the neighborhoods and school districts helped up decide which neighborhood would be the best fit for our needs. He was very up to date on the market and kept us in the loop anytime something new in our price range was listed. He was also very helpful on the home tours, pointing out things that we wouldn't have thought to look for. We will certainly use Franklin again in the future for any real estate needs.
