Working with Elizabeth to find the perfect condo and relocate from elsewhere in the state has been a pleasure. She has a deep and wide knowledge of the Richmond area and can quickly ascertain the area and type of housing you are looking for. She pays attention to what is important to you. For me it was a walkable neighborhood with trees, a first floor bedroom/bath, gas fireplace, hardwood floors and a garage. Right away she knew what neighborhoods to focus on. Once you've found your new home she will expertly guide you through the purchase process. Afterwards she can even recommend movers and tradespeople if needed to make the home your own. Best of all she is endlessly patient and lots of fun to work with. As well as a new home you will have a new friend!

Elizabeth Hagen is marvelous. Of all the realtors we've worked with over the years, Elizabeth showed an unsurpassed level of care, detail, knowledge, empathy, professionalism, and yes, even humor. She helped us plan and navigate a difficult out of state move to Richmond. She took the time to truly understand our situation and needs, and was there at every step - helping us narrow down the best area of town to focus our search, touring homes and offering no-nonsense advice, coming up with the best way to present our offer to the seller, and even managing contractors after closing while we were 600 miles away. I don't know if we could have made this move and found such a perfect home for our family without her help. I can't recommend Elizabeth highly enough.

Working with Elizabeth on the lending side, I always know we are going to have an easier transaction as she is a great communicator with her client, inspector, attorney, and lender making sure that everyone is on the same page and if there are any adjustments or changing during the transaction, all are aware immediately. She is also a strong negotiator for her client, does her research with the property and area, and has her own resources in case she needs to know about the cost of renovations or repairs needed to let her client know ahead of time so that they can make the best financial decision with purchasing a home. I have enjoyed working with Elizabeth as she is also very patient and understands the entire process. I highly recommend working with a reputable agent such as Elizabeth.
