Although we found Sandy quite by accident at a listing of hers but we were glad we did. During our search for a place to relocate in the southern Virginia area, we had the occasion to meet a variety of Real Estate agents. Collectively, they were lack luster group. When our search narrowed to the Richmond area, we reached out to Sandy. Although we saw many properties with her, she remained focused on finding the right property for our needs. The right property popped up unexpectedly one weekend. Sandy promptly provided information on the property and went to look at it. Being from out of town, we looked to her for advice, recommendations and to coordinate the offer as we worked toward closing on the property. She brought a detail oriented approach which has synchronized the transaction and kept us on track. Anyone in the market to a real estate agent would be well served to choose Sandy. Five stars in our experience.
