Wes was more than an agent for my brother and I during the process of selling my parents' home, he was a trusted adviser, counselor and therapist too. He gave us strategic and practical advice on preparing the house for sale, and more than once rolled up his sleeves and got his hands dirty (at one point he cut his finger pulling up the wall to wall carpet in my childhood bedroom to show me the pristine 1965 oak floors he suspected were hidden beneath). When it came to finding and vetting the prospective buyers and offers he was tactically brilliant. Wes let us make the decisions but guided us along the path and provided help whenever we needed it, and the end result was well worth it! It's stressful to go through many years of stuff in the process of emptying a family home but Wes helped us see that it was doable and made sure we had the expert assistance we needed, from wonderful junk haulers to estate sale specialists. And the photos they took made the house look fantastic!

We will never be able to thank Wes Atiyeh enough for everything he did for us. We expected the sale of a life-long family home to be difficult and emotional. Instead, Wes made the entire process smooth and seamless. He genuinely cares and listens. He constantly went beyond the call of duty, while always maintaining a calm demeanor. His vast experience and knowledge in this industry clearly stand above the rest. He has the best professional contacts for all of the needed trades. This was extremely helpful in many ways. But it is his personal touch that we will always be grateful for. He made us feel like our home was the only home he was dealing with, and we know that is not the case. We were made to feel like partners in the process and often watched him go the extra mile time and time again. This is the second home Wes has sold for us. Wes Atiyeh is a fantastic realtor! We randomly stumbled upon his name on our move from Texas to Virginia and it turned out to be the best thing ever. We had 2 teenagers moving into a new high school, and not only was Wes very familiar with all of the metro Richmond area housing choices, he was also very knowledgable about the different high schools and even was able to give us a lot of advice about the local tennis scene, which was very helpful since our boys were avid tennis players. Wes listened to all of our housing needs and wants and truly found us our dream house. When we found out we would be moving back to Houston for my husband's job, we immediately called Wes. Once again we were very pleased with how Wes worked to get us the best price for our home and keep us sane in the process. During our seven years in the metro Richmond area, Wes was not only our realtor but truly became a great friend.

I can't recommend Wes enough! He helped me BOTH buy and sell my very first home, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better guide through the process. He took the time to listen to what mattered to me, and even though my husband had worked with him before, he treated me like a first time client. He cares, and it shows. He is also patient and understanding every step of the way - always taking time to explain my options and make sure I felt comfortable with each decision. And as they do in real estate - when things got down to the wire, he never pulled punches. He was honest and direct about what needed to happen to get the deal(s) done, and I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. Wow, what an absolutely wonderful, easy and well executed process using Wes Atiyeh to sell our house! He expertly planned the whole task, listed it when the timing was appropriate and marketed it with superior pictures and video, while staying keenly aware of our personal requirements! He interfaced with all of the necessary people directly and indirectly involved with the sale while keeping us totally informed on a regular basis. He is also an excellent listener and hears what you're saying about anything related to your house and the sale process. Overall, we were very well pleased and completely satisfied. We would give 10 stars but the limit is 5.
