Working with Pearl was a great experience, even though she isn't related to me she treated me like I was family and made sure to find me the best homes available for my family of 4. Pearl is definitely a one of a kind, Realtor. She made herself available sometimes on short notice, answered my calls ,& text ,and had my best interest when it came to making a huge financial decision. Every step of the way Pearl made sure she was hands on. As a first time homebuyer, any questions that I didn't know to ask, she made sure that she asked for me which was very clutch. I'd be happy to work with Pearl again in the near future and I always make sure to recommend her to my friends and family who live in the area or think about moving here. 5 starts is not enough for Pearl! Our home-buying process was arduous and lengthy - wanting a home inspection in the 2025 RVA housing market felt impossible. Pearl stuck with us for over a year, fought for every offer we placed, and showed home after home for us until we finally found one to call our own. As first-time home buyers, she was very informative and supportive throughout the entire process. If we ever sell or purchase again, Pearl is the only realtor we'll be working with!

While house hunting with Pearl, I felt certain that she was not only my advocate, but also a willing teacher. With each house, I gained so much knowledge from her years of expertise in what to look for, how to determine the difference between settling that happens in a home after certain years versus issues with the foundation, checklists to keep in mind to assure all plumbing was in good working order, and so much more!
