As a first-time homebuyer, the process can be overwhelming with so many details that were unfamiliar; but, Lisa carefully explained the process and guided us through our journey with such care and patience. She made me feel like a priority and like I was her only client-- she was dedicated to making sure we found the house we wanted and needed.
