John Daylor

John Daylor deserves the wonderful reputation he has earned. Right off the bat, he explained the steps we could take to get our mom's house ready to sell. He was so knowledgeable about the market, pricing, and showing the house. Any time I had a question, he responded quickly and courteously. My sister and I felt confident that we were in good hands throughout the process. John's team is helpful, attentive to details, and pleasant to work with. I am appreciative of a job WELL DONE, and I highly recommend John and his team.

I am grateful to have had John Daylor list and sell my Mom's house. He has a great reputation in Richmond and has been successful in real estate for many, many years and I understand why. John really took time with my sister and me to go through the house to get it ready to list and sell. He makes himself available during every step of the process and is very knowledgeable about the market, pricing, trends, etc. John and his team offered resources and information to help us make decisions that helped us get work done quickly.
