Having Dial as our realtor was the best thing that could've happened to us. Although we ended up working with her full time by chance, we quickly realized how lucky we were. Dial is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the market and held our hand through the crazy process of buying our first home. We knew that we had her on our side, and felt so informed and ready for the home buying process. She was incredibly patient with us and truly everything you could ask her. Buying a home in this market, we were ridden with anxiety and quickly experienced the tough competition. Having her on our side however, made us feel extremely secure and hopeful that we would push through. She was there through it all, answering our early morning phone calls, answering all the questions, and helping us with the chaos. We look forward to continuing to work with Dial in the future and know that she will always be a huge part of our lives. We love love Dial!

Dial is deeply caring about her clients and we learned this first hand when she sold our home. While Dial is personable and quick-witted, she is also good-hearted and professional. She took the time to understand our needs and supported us from start to finish on the sale of our home. This support ranged from helping us to better understand the process leading up to the sale, to the sale itself, and even afterwards as she guided us successfully along the way. Dial is a proactive, intuitive, positive realtor who obviously LOVES what she does! She stepped us through all the possibilities of selling our home in a difficult winter market and provided detailed market analysis, pricing strategies, and what to anticipate throughout the sale. Dial also offered insight on how to utilize what we had for staging our home, both inside and out, and definitely has a keen eye for style. Most importantly, Dial was present for every question or worry we had. Her level of communication was phenomenal. Dial is everything you could ask for as a realtor. She was amazingly patient with us as we took about a year to find our perfect house and sell our old one, where we had lived for over 30 years. We actually felt bad, since we were in no hurry and sometimes it felt like we were wasting her time! Through the whole process, she was unfailingly patient, always available, fun to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and always went "above and beyond" to be helpful. In addition to gaining a gorgeous house, we have found a dear and wonderful friend. Very highly recommended!
