I was recently looking for a new home in Richmond, VA and being from Florida, I didn't have much to go off by. Luckily, Tanny was there to help me choose the perfect place. Tanny was really helpful, she explained the different parts of the city and was able to accommodate to what I was looking for. Although I'm not from Richmond, I felt like a local due to Tanny's work and information. Overall, I had a great experience working with Tanny and would definitely recommend if you're looking to get a new place!

Tanny provided me with ample rental housing listings as per my preference. During the initial housing tour, she virtually helped me view the apartments via Zoom and asked questions on my behalf to the property management. The second day was an in-person tour day, where she accompanied me for viewing the apartments. She also helped me with lease review.
