Pat Hancock was our realtor for two transactions in 2023. The first was the purchase of our "downsized" home; the second was the sale of our Midlothian house, our home for 28 years. During our search with Pat for the downsized home, she had learned enough about our financial capability, likes, and dislikes that she could comfortably recommend a home for our purchase while we were traveling. We signed a contract for the house without having seen it, and our trust was not misplaced. Pat is very professional, knowledgeable, and has extensive personal knowledge of the area. She also has numerous contacts and recommended services to aid her clients in transitioning from one home to another. Pat's abilities also made the sale of our Midlothian home possible in a reasonable time, and was a transaction that pleased us as sellers, as well as the buyers. Pat is an exceptional realtor.

I would, and have, recommend Pat Hancock to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Richmond, Virginia area! My wife and I began the process unsure of how much house we wanted, which neighborhood, and how much we wanted to spend. Pat was always available to show us houses on the market and always had great suggestions about houses we should see. She actually found the house we ended purchasing. Pat's excellent service didn't stop once we had signed a contract. The financing on our dream home became a bit complicated due to its historic nature and size. Pat was masterful with helping through the loan process and keeping communication open with the seller's to make sure the deal went through. Cannot say enough great things about her!
