Don Sledd helped me buy my first home. He's trustworthy knowledgeable and patient. His knowledge as an appraiser was useful as I assessed potential homes during my search. We looked at quite a few houses before I found my home and Don was always professional and courteous as we looked though all those properties. He was always available and quick to return my calls and emails. I would use Don as my realtor again if I ever need to buy another home.

Buying and selling a home was a venture for our family. However the entire process was made easier because we worked with Don. Don was great! He had sold another home in my neighborhood with excellent results so I was comfortable with his knowledge of my community with the real estate trends at that time. He helped me completely ready my home for sale by giving me concrete advice as to what needed to be done to insure the successful sale He was easy to work with he had an eye for detail and was very straightforward in what I needed to do to show my house at its best. The house sold for over asking price in a matter of days. Wow! Don explained and worked through the many steps involved with the paperwork aspect of the sale involving a first-time buyer. It was a tedious process which transpired over the holidays. He guided me through every step in a very reassuring and professional manner. I had an excellent experience working with Don and I found him to be thorough honest and extremely patient.
