Wes is an outstanding Realtor who truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He helped me sell my property at Park Ave in Richmond, VA in 2023, and it was a complex transaction with significant HOA challenges and building management challenges. What made Wes truly exceptional was his ability to manage this while I was living overseas in a timezone 12 hours ahead. Despite the distance, Wes remained incredibly professional and communicative, ensuring I was always in the loop regardless of the hour. He took the lead on coordinating difficult repairs and stayed persistent with the building management until we finally crossed the finish line. If you want an agent who is knowledgeable, reliable, willing to tackle the 'tough' sales and the extra mile, even across the globe, I cannot recommend Wes highly enough!

Wes helped my senior father sell his home. He treated my dad with such respect and compassion, and kept my sibling and I in the loop with all necessary details. We were out of town so he managed all on site home improvements and contractors for us as well as many other details. His contacts for movers and contractors were impeccable. I recently purchased my first home with Wes representing me as my realtor. He came very highly recommended from a close friend of mine who used him several years ago to purchase his first home with his wife. My home search took nearly two years with multiple offers, and Wes not only stuck with me the entire time, but he showed a level of professionalism and patience that is rarely (if ever) seen these days. He answered all of my questions, remained fully engaged for the entirety of my search, was very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails, and fought for me throughout the entire process. This is how I found Wes: Last Spring, I asked a friend who is really good at internet research to do a search for the best realtors in the Glen Allen/Short Pump, VA area. He found me three names, and had a star by Wes's name saying, "call him first." I was looking for a realtor that could not only sell my mom's house, but also understand our particular situation. Just in case, I did my own research on those top three names and agreed that I should call Wes first. The research paid off because when I called Wes, I could tell right away that he could work well with my personality and have the patience and understanding that my real estate situation required. And now my story: I was helping my mom sell her home in Glen Allen, VA when both she and I now live in Maryland. That meant that I had to drive us through I-95 traffic several times back-and-forth from Baltimore, Maryland to the house over the summer to pull this off. Wes was able to accommodate all of our travel plans and meet us there whenever we needed. He also volunteered to be there at the house when we couldn't meet a vendor or to check on anything. It was a huge relief knowing he was there when I couldn't be. We also had a lot of problems with the house and needed to sell it "as is." He carefully helped us coordinate the fixing up of what we absolutely needed to and helped us to understand what we did not have to deal with. We also needed a lot of different types of help to make this happen, especially because I was predominantly managing this remotely from Maryland. Wes recommended some great companies that made a huge difference in our pulling this out-of-state move off such as Caring Transitions and Next Chapter Solutions (two companies that specialize in senior moves). In fact, he maintains a "concierge list" of contractors/resources to recommend if needed. Everyone he recommended was extremely helpful and professional. I've found that only the "best of the best" work with Wes. I even retained an accountant that he recommended to do my mom's 2024 taxes, which will, of course, include the house sale. The accountant has already helped us plan how much taxes to set aside from the house proceeds. I'll close with this one last especially important thing that helped me work well with Wes: Wes did not pass me off to other realtors at his firm. He remained my primary realtor/point of contact the entire time. This was particularly important to me because I didn't have time for a lot of cooks in the kitchen, so to speak. I needed to be sure that I could always get to Wes directly, and I always did. Hire Wes, you won't regret it!

I don't even know where to begin this review, because Wes has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the process of us selling our home! The first meeting in person went well past the allotted time and at no point did Wes seemed rushed to finish the meeting. He answered every question we had and took extra time to explain the selling process to us so that we felt completely comfortable with everything. His approach to his work is very systematic and he has a proven plan that is flawless. His team of vendors are fantastic, professional and trustworthy. Wes has such a tremendous passion about his work and makes you feel that you are his only client at that time. I would 100% recommend him for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Wes is incredible!!!!
