My fiance and I recently had the pleasure of working with Danny Smith as our agent for our first home purchase. Throughout the home-buying process, Danny always made sure to provide excellent service and demonstrated in-depth expertise of the local real estate market. From the very first meeting, he made sure to understand our needs and preferences and worked hard to match us with properties that fit our criteria. Furthermore, Danny exhibited great communication, as he always took the time to answer our questions and was quick on getting back to us. Finally, Danny showed us that he is a true advocate when he helped us out of a sticky situation on one property. He did extra research even after our offer was accepted to uncover a structural issue that would ultimately have caused us major headaches after closing and helped us back out of the deal. Thanks to this, we later ended up closing on the perfect home for us! Overall, Danny was a great asset throughout the home-buying process and I would recommend him to anyone thinking about buying a home in the area!

Throughout our whole buying process, Danny excelled in every facet. Because of this, my fiance and I were able to avoid a very detrimental situation with a property we were involved with. Aside from escorting us through viewings and liaising with sellers agents, Danny brought knowledge from years of experience with all phases of the process, including offer-making and research into market conditions. He was very good about referring us to sources of information or expertise that he didn't have (roofers, contractors, arborists) and was a good working partner with our lender and closing attorney.
