This agent goes above and beyond the call. When I reached out to her for guidance in finding a townhome or condo in RVA, she immediately began finding listings just to get an idea of what I was looking for. She honed in on me, my needs, and my preferences right away. She was my advocate at every turn, answered every text immediately, and was always looking out for my best interest. Her skill and expertise in knowing the market landed me a home that more than met my needs, and her skill in writing up an offer meant I had money left over for possible home improvements . Her attentions did not stop once she found me the perfect home either. She followed my progress through financing and all the red tape involved, and even recommended the perfect tradesmen to help me after the sale. She treated me like a sister or best friend and is someone I trust completely. I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with her these past 7 months.

Working with Elizabeth on the lending side, I always know we are going to have an easier transaction as she is a great communicator with her client, inspector, attorney, and lender making sure that everyone is on the same page and if there are any adjustments or changing during the transaction, all are aware immediately. She is also a strong negotiator for her client, does her research with the property and area, and has her own resources in case she needs to know about the cost of renovations or repairs needed to let her client know ahead of time so that they can make the best financial decision with purchasing a home. I have enjoyed working with Elizabeth as she is also very patient and understands the entire process. I highly recommend working with a reputable agent such as Elizabeth.

Our experience in both selling and purchasing a home with Liz Hagen was excellent! She is a true professional and was very responsive during the process. We had been in our previous house for 36 years so we were not familiar with selling or buying a property in the current market. Liz was involved with us throughout the process of preparing our house for sale and reviewing the new one to make sure everything was accomplished. We couldn't have had a better realtor. She made suggestions on what needed to be changed and what would be okay in the current market. During the selling process, Liz kept us updated on the listing and appointments and what our expectations should be. The house sold the first weekend even though a tropical storm was coming through and the viewings were soggy. She guided us through the closing process and helped us with the new townhouse. We highly recommend Liz; she will do a terrific job.
