Wes helped my senior father sell his home. He treated my dad with such respect and compassion, and kept my sibling and I in the loop with all necessary details. We were out of town so he managed all on site home improvements and contractors for us as well as many other details. His contacts for movers and contractors were impeccable. He helped to sell the house for the price we needed with a perfect contract and closing was smooth. He was always responsive, warm, and friendly to everyone involved. There wasn't a day that went by that he was not communicating with us, letting us know what the next steps were or what we could do to make the house so faster I would highly recommend Drew and his knowledge. He is extremely professional had high-quality pictures. Taken of the property and flyers made even did an open house a couple days after it was on the market and had an offer in a little over a week! Working with Elizabeth on the lending side, I always know we are going to have an easier transaction as she is a great communicator with her client, inspector, attorney, and lender making sure that everyone is on the same page and if there are any adjustments or changing during the transaction, all are aware immediately. She is also a strong negotiator for her client, does her research with the property and area, and has her own resources in case she needs to know about the cost of renovations or repairs needed to let her client know ahead of time so that they can make the best financial decision with purchasing a home. I have enjoyed working with Elizabeth as she is also very patient and understands the entire process. I highly recommend working with a reputable agent such as Elizabeth.
