I put my home on Zillow and the next day my phone would not stop ringing. Scott's voicemail was professional and friendly, I new immediately that he was going to be our realtor. He suggested meeting so we could discuss a plan. He delivered a great presentation. Very friendly and everything that we had discussed before, he addressed. We listed on a Monday and the home was sold by the weekend. Very seamless transaction. Scott is already working with another family member to list their home and I will send him more business. When we purchase again in the next year, he will be our only call.

Originally, I had the home listed FSBO. However, we did not have a lot of foot traffic and were also going to be out of town for a couple of weeks during the holiday season so my wife and I decided to interview several real estate agents. After meeting with Scott we realized that he would be the most qualified person to represent us. Our assessment was right. Our home sold for asking price within two weeks (and this was during the Christmas season!). Scott kept us informed and updated throughout the sales process and was completely profession and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Scott to family and friends and even folks who try to sell home themselves, like me.
