My husband and I has a terrific experience with Pat. She took her time to really getting a sense of what neighborhood and sort of house would be the best choice for us -- and she has excellent instincts! She found us the home that was just right. We really depended on Pat's knowledge of Richmond and her instincts in real estate transactions. And just as importantly, Pat was great to work with! We highly recommend her.

Pat sold our condo in less than a week after getting us a great deal on our new home. In fact, the last time we moved she did the same thing - sold our house in less than a week and got us a great deal on the condo! Highly recommend!

My husband and I worked with Pat when relocating from New York City to Midlothian - a daunting move!- and she helped us to find what I would consider our dream home - something I actually wasn't confident we would be able to find. As someone who grew up in Midlothian Pat knows the Richmond area inside and out. Her extensive knowledge of and "feel" for the area was a huge asset as we were deciding in which neighborhoods in and around Richmond to concentrate our search. Ultimately, the home that we fell in love with was a home we never even would have viewed had it not been for Pat- she had listened to our feedback, and had gotten such an amazing feel for what it was we were looking for and what would suit our family, that she recommended that we take a look. I am still pinching myself, we are in the house now and making it our "home." I highly recommend Pat and would work with her again in a heart beat!
