Wes is an amazing realtor. My wife and I sold a property remotely and relied on Wes to coordinate everything on site- from cleaning the home, to having it painted, carpeted, remodeled, and otherwise finished for sale. He did an amazing job bringing together and managing an all star team to accomplish these tasks in an expedited and affordable fashion. He was always available and approachable, no matter the time of day or project at hand. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Richmond area. I can't thank him enough for his efforts and professionalism!

This was my second time working with Wes and it was just as great as the first time. What can I say but Wes helped me find the perfect property that I turned around less than two years later and sold with Wes in 4 days, above asking and a 14% profit on my initial investment. During the purchase process, Wes was excellent in navigating me to the right house and always being there to answer questions. During the selling process, Wes was a pro and knew all of the correct things to do to market my house and bring in buyers. Wes is an A++++ realtor and the best I've ever worked with. I would recommend Wes to anyone who wants to buy a house in the Richmond area. I worked with him during the spring and summer of 2018 to find a house in the Fan and he proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He always returned texts or calls in a matter of minutes and provided excellent advice regarding the 100+ year old houses around here. He is patient, did not put any pressure to make a decision, and was very upfront regarding the issues in some of the houses we looked at. Once we did find a property he very quickly and seamlessly handled everything from the inspection to the closing.

We purchased our first home in Richmond with Wes, and recently worked with him again to both sell our home and purchase our new one. In a challenging market without a lot of activity in our area, Wes sold our house in TWO days and exceeded all of our expectations. He set fair expectations from a price and timeline standpoint, and then put our house in the best position to be successful, which paid off immediately. When buying our new home Wes helped us navigate not only the negotiation process, but also a very unique closing process as the home needed a lot of repairs after the inspection and required a lot of back and forth with the sellers. Throughout the process Wes has always been easy to get a hold of, willing to answer any and all questions, and genuinely cares that as a client you are getting exactly what you are looking for. A great trait of Wes' is regardless of the situation, he always seems to have experience with it and knows exactly who to get ahold of to hel p. From our mortgage broker, to our lawyer, to our inspector, they have all been wonderful to work with and we never would have found them without Wes' guidance. An excellent rating is what Wes Atiyeh deserves. He responded promptly to our initial inquiry and provided comprehensive marketing of our property including a drone video (28 acre rural property) as well as the usual pictures and video of our home. Wes quickly responded to our email and text messages, provided helpful advice throughout the marketing and contract vetting process and provided encouraging "hand-holding" when needed. The contractor contacts he had were very helpful in arranging for some home maintenance and repair we needed to complete. Wes was a friendly and knowledgeable Realtor and we enjoyed working with him. Wes Atiyeh clearly provides excellent service.
