We worked with Zhanna to buy our first home. She turned what felt like a daunting process into a very manageable one. At each step she went above and beyond to fight for our interests - from making an offer, through negotiating and closing. She even went out of her way to find a property tax credit that our new home qualified for. We're grateful to have found Zhanna and would certainly recommend her.

We worked with Zhanna to both buy our newly constructed home, and at the same time prepare and sell our old home we lived. Our experience with Zhanna was wonderful! She was always available, even after work hours, and always returned our calls or texts quickly. Zhanna is fun to work with, always calm and very professional. While building our new home, she helped us to resolve various issues with the builder. One of them was the day before closing on our new home. There were 2 dead trees just past the border of our new backyard. The builder was not willing or by no means in a hurry to remove them. Zhanna promptly contacted the property developers and pushed them both at the same time to remove. The issue was resolved in a matter of hours. When we closed and first arrived to our new home there were no signs of the dead trees and our view was now perfect. She stayed in contact with the selling agent and was always prompt in ask questions and finding answers for us. Selling our old house was quite a project. It was our first time and we had a lot of emotional attachments. Zhanna helped us ease our feelings and made us more comfortable with the process. For starters she helped with the finishing touches before our photo shoot. The pictures came out great. Zhanna found a great angle of the front of the house, which we used later for the main picture in our listing. Zhanna was always available for each open house and stayed in touch with the potential buyers, which was extra work on her side. She scheduled contractors when needed and the work was done timely and budget friendly. Every time we had a question she either would have an answer or find it quickly. She negotiated for us with the buyer's agent about every little disagreement, and was always prepared with the price quotes or alternative solutions in this process. The closing on both houses was a brief, and we are glad it's all behind us now. In conclusion, what we learned from the process is that it is very important who your agent is. Our experience showed that we wanted someone who is responsible, always available and personable, takes our side and makes sure we get the best outcome, helps ease the stress (and we had a lot of that), and someone who is confident in their job. We received all of that and even more from Zhanna. We strongly recommend her if you are entering your journey in the real estate transaction.
