I recently purchased a home through my realtor, Christine Shepard. I am thrilled with my experience and Christine found the perfect home I was looking for within my price range. She showed me many houses with my specifications and honestly pointed out many potential problems I may encounter in the future. She always checked the age of the HVAC, items that would be expensive to replace, and dead trees on the property. I found her very knowledgeable on all aspects of the home buying process. She had a wonderful rapport with listing agents and she had my questions on potential properties answered swiftly. Houses were snatched up so quickly in this market and often there were many contracts on the same house. She patiently and cheerfully showed me many houses while assuring me that offers I made didn't go through because it wasn't the right one! Turns out that was the truth because she found the right one in the right time frame and as a bonus was in the exact neighborhood I had wanted from the very start of the process. I can't begin to tell you how helpful Christine Shepard was in the sale of a property recently. Due to the location of the property, there were a few more obstacles than I had ever faced before. Regardless, Christine did additional research, suggested a respectable price, and we were able to sell for more than the asking price, plus close within 30 days. Additionally, Christine loaded up her car with a few items I could not fit in mine on moving day, saving me a lot of time and money. I highly recommend Christine Shepard for your realty needs.
