Christine Shepard has been an amazing friend, advisor, and miracle worker. A great personality with a caring heart. Having spent 3+ years selling our home in Chattanooga, we moved to Richmond so that we could be close to our 2 children who now had their own family. Four grand kids wanted nothing more in life than to have their Grandparents around, yet the 9+ hour drive from Chattanooga was getting a bit overwhelming. Unfortunately, we simply couldn't find a house in our price range that we liked. After working, endlessly, with another realtor (homes were sold by the time we were able to look at them), we met with Christine for lunch one day and explained what we wanted in the Richmond area. That was a Friday afternoon and we left feeling hopeful. Saturday afternoon Christine called with a home that was having an open house Sat & Sun and thought we should go look at it. We scheduled a visit on Sunday at noon. The house looked like it had what we were looking for and by 1:00, we had seen enough. We were very interested. Christine's team went to work and by 5:00, after virtual meetings with everyone, we decided to go after the home with our best offer. By 7:30, Christine called us with a "Welcome to Richmond'' message, telling us there had been over 12 offers and ours was the winning package. Truly a Dream Come True. Christine and her team then helped arrange everything that was necessary for the closing, from inspections, closing date, and all the necessary topics to make sure we were protected, insured, and taken care of to make the closing day one of sheer delight. Totally breathtaking. I highly recommend Christine to anyone that is looking in the real estate marketplace. If she doesn't personally know an answer to your question, she has surrounded herself with one of the finest realty teams around, who will, in fact, have the answer. Thank you, Christine, for all of your help and assistance. We absolutely LOVE our new home.

Christine was amazing! She helped us every step of the way - even before we moved to Virginia! Every time we had a question, she responded immediately. The peace of mind knowing that she was guiding us was so helpful during the stress of an out-of-state move. She was equally astute when it came time to put an offer on the table. It turned out she saved us almost $15,000 because of her knowledge of the market in this area. And even more than all this, she was a wonderful ambassador to Virginia and all the area has to offer. Christine was a wonderful partner to work with- she found several homes for us that fit our family's needs, and was a wealth of information about the local area! She always had our best interests at heart, and was patient and generous with lots of information. She even connected us with our local professionals that we needed, like a mortgage company, cleaners, a contractor, etc! We absolutely love our new home!
