John & his team sold my house in 2 days after listing the property. Prior to listing we met with John onsite to discuss the listing & what we needed to do to properly show the house. We followed through on his recommendations. A couple of days later after listing we had multiply offers to consider. We found John & his team to be very professional. Updates were timely emails were answered & phone calls were returned...how refreshing! We would highly recommend John Daylor if you are looking to buy or sell your property.

John and his entire team are wonderful to work with. We contacted John to sell our home as well as assist us in finding a new home. I can unequivocally say we loved working with John and his team. There are many reasons why however several stand out trust knowledge and experience. John recommended several contracts to assist us in preparing our home for sale. We spoke with all of them and found two that we really enjoyed working with. Everything that John assisted us in doing paid off our home sold within 72 hours of being placed on the market. We loved the team so much that we are now working with them while building our dream home! We could not have done this without John Daylor and the John Daylor Team!

We recently bought a house and had a wonderful experience working with the John Daylor team especially with Katie Stiles the buying agent. She was very personable and very knowledgeable about the market. We saw as many as 8 houses in one day and although by the end of the day we were exhausted Katie remained as enthusiastic as ever - an absolute delight to work with!<br />It also steered us well during the negotiation and closing process which can be long and cumbersome. However thanks to her initiative and drive we were able to close in less than 45 days. She helped us in numerous ways big and small and continues to do even after the closing.<br />Given our wonderful experience with the team we will ask John to list our previous house as soon as we are ready to sell it. I highly recommend them!

Just closed on selling a 13 acre waterfront lot in Hanover County. John was great to work with from day 1. He is a straight shooter and helped me set an asking price that was perfect for market conditions. He found a buyer quickly and communications with him and his team were timely throughout the process. The sale was complicated by some legal red tape and John was supportive and very helpful while we worked through the delay. I always felt that I could rely on him to get things done and keep me informed. If you want to sell your property and value solid expert advice and assistance John Daylor is the right man for the job.

My experience with the John Daylor Team has been excellent. At first we thought that we could purchase a house without having a 'buyers' agent. Ha! I am so thankful that we ended up having an agent from the John Daylor team ("Cathy Dyer"). I don't know what we would have done without Cathy! These guys are so networked into the community that it made our house buying process a whole heck of a lot smoother that it would have been. I'm busy making the money to buy a house my wife is busy rearing our 2 kids (ballet lessons ice skating lessons play dates... ) Cathy took the 'time' needed to make sure that we found the perfect house for us while looking out for 'our' interests even when we didn't know what needed to be looked out for!!! LOL. If I have to sum it up into one word. PROFESSIONAL. I highly recommend John Daylor and his team. Thank You Cathy Dyer what a pleasure to work with :-)

I owned a townhouse which had been on the market with another agent for 10 months but never even got an offer. I called John Daylor; frustrated and concerned. He met with me quickly and showed me another townhouse in the same neighborhood for a better price. At John's suggestion the asking price was lowered substantially and the house sold in 2 months! John and his team were very easy to work with. The whole process was very smooth and I would definitely recommend John Daylor to anyone I know. He's fantastic!

I was a first-time home buyer and only had a vague idea what I wanted. I was referred to John Daylor's team by my parents. Mr. Daylor had helped them sell there home and had great experience with him. Katie Stiles was my buyers agent. We began our search in early July of 2015. We toured several homes throughout the area. Throughout Katie shared her wealth of knowledge. She was very patient with me knowing I was pretty nervous since this was my first home purchase. She did not try to pressure me at all which was really helpful. We settled on a new town home in Shire Place. She walked me through the process and kept in touch with me throughout. When there was a mix up with the builder on some design specifications she intervened and helped rectify the situation. I would highly recommend her as a buyers agent to anyone looking for a home in the area. She was terrific. She really does work Monday through Sunday.
