We had our home in Wyndham listed with 2 previous agents for over a year. We switched to the John Daylor team on a Friday and had a contract in 2 days. John's experience guidance and advice through the negotiation process proved to be the difference. From there his team of seasoned professionals made the remaining closing steps very painless. We were kept well informed on all aspects of the inspection closing etc.<br />John and his team have shown why they are constantly ranked in the top tier of Richmond agents year over year. John has helped my parents buy and sell houses for years so when my fiance and I were ready to buy our first home we already knew who we were going to use as a realtor. We knew we were in good hands but had no idea how above and beyond the team would go to make sure we were happy comfortable and educated on the entire process. We never once felt rushed or pressured to buy a property that we weren't set on even after looking for nearly 6 months.<br />We unfortunately had a very difficult time with the Seller of the property but John and his team handled it beautifully and put our minds at ease every day. They fought for us and refused to let us get the short end of the stick from someone who easily could have taken advantage of us. They made sure everything in that house was up to their standards down to the tiniest details so that all we would have to worry about after closing was moving in.<br />What impressed us the most about John and his team was how important they made us feel. We bought a starter home which was probably at the lower end of their typical purchase price but they treated us just like she would have if we had been buying a million dollar mansion. They made us feel like we mattered and that we deserved the best and that meant the world to us during such a stressful time. They still follow up regularly to check in and make sure everything is going well.<br />I would recommend the John Daylor team over and over to anyone who wants to take some of the stress out of buying a home!

John and his team worked with me to sell my house in April 2016 and it went very well. From the listing all the way through the closing John's team was experienced and knowledgeable in managing the process. His team approach worked well as everyone has a specific focus hand-offs between team members were seamless and execution was flawless. In my case we went from listing to closing in 48 days without a hitch and while many things must fall into place for that to happen John and the machine-like precision of his team were a big part of it. Based on my experience I would have no qualms about using John again to sell a house.

John Daylor and Katie Stills were instrumental in the sale of our home at 11705 Sandy Bluff Drive. While very few houses were for sale at the time John did extensive market research which enable us to properly set the market for the home. The house received multiple offers and bids above our asking price. This was in part to Katie's attention to detail around showing the house and her knowledge around the upgrades that we had completed in comparison to other homes in the immediate area. Katie Stiles also assisted us in the purchase of our current home. Again excellent knowledge of the market and area. We have now used John and his team on several purchases.

We have been Wellesley Residents for 17 years. John and his family have resided here since the beginning of the community. He knows the area intimately. We have always kept up our property and made updates when we could. We approached John a year ago when the possibility of relocation first came up and asked what the next best improvements would be to get the best sales price for our home. John was specific. We listened and did what he asked. The relocation did not happen for another year and we were ready. His team took beautiful pictures of our home and it showed very well.
