He made sure we understood the whole process suggested ways to prepare our home for sale and discussed at great length what would be a fair asking price. John made the sale as easy as he possibly could. His associates Jen and Gwen were excellent. They kept in touch and always responded to calls or emails quickly. The team that John has assembled is quite impressive. Putting a 25 year old house on the market has its challenges we needed help in deciding what investments to make in getting the house ready for sale. From helping us select paint colors to the decision to take down dated wall paper our house ended up showing like new! We gave our approval to post the house for sale on a Friday had an open house on that Sunday and received a full price offer on Monday. Three days! We could not have been happier. Listening to John's team regarding getting the house ready to list and following John's advice regarding pricing for our area really paid off. The whole process was handled professionally and with great results. My husband and I give John and his team the highest possible recommendation

It had been many years since we sold our last home and the expectations of the marketplace have dramatically changed. This includes everything from how to prepare your home for selling to the details required to close the sale after a contract has been signed. John Jen and Gwen did a great job helping me sell my house--from determining a competitive price to staging my house through closing. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. My calls and text to them were responded to very quickly usually within a few minutes. A couple of times I was overwhelmed with work buying a new home and selling mine. They always kept their cool and talked me through everything! We received and accepted an offer within a week! The team also helped me with scheduling contractors to do some minor repairs. All of the contractors showed up on time and did a good job at a fair price. I would highly recommend the John Daylor team to family friends or any one looking to buy or sell their home!

John Daylor and his team helped us sell our home in the summer of 2017. His team came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. John met with us on three occasions prior to listing in order to walk through the sale process and introduce his team members and explain each of their roles in the process. His team was available to us at all times - any phone calls or questions we had were answered within 1-2 hours. We relocated during the sale process and we could rest easy knowing that his team was handling all aspects of the transaction in our absence. We were particularly impressed with the way Gwen handled the results of the inspection and coordinated most of the needed repairs.
