Selling a house can be stressful, but Wayne and Austin were wonderful to work with, and made the process easy. We first met them last summer (2023) when we decided to put our home on the market. When we inquired about their services, they were quick to respond and came out to look at the property as well as give us feedback on how we could best prepare the house for the market. It was a definite plus that they were very familiar with the neighborhood and who the potential buyers would be. They gave us reasonable suggestions on how to best present the house, and what to expect throughout the process. As we prepared the house for the market, they were always available to speak with or come out to the house when necessary. They also designed a great brochure for our home that was well done and included a floorplan (very useful if you're a buyer). The great communication continued once the house went on the market, and the house was sold in exactly the time they had told us it would. Wayne and Austin were awesome to work with we highly recommend them!

Treva was an absolute dream to work with in our home buying process! She was highly recommended to us by a number of friends who had her as their realtor, so we knew right away she would be perfect for us. We searched for our home for over a year and a half and Treva was always patient, consistent and so optimistic and enthusiastic in her communication with us. She helped us narrow down the area of town that best suited us and was extremely knowledgeable about the details of each neighborhood we searched (which were a lot!). Treva carefully walked us through each phase of our home purchase process and always had questions and noticed details that we hadn't thought of. She advocated for us and took time out of her evenings and weekends to make sure we found our perfect home.
