Wayne and Austin were extremely knowledgeable about the Richmond home market and provided us with helpful information as we purchased our home. We needed to sell our house quickly due to an employment relocation and a neighbor referred Wayne and Austin. We couldn't have been happier with their expertise and service. From the market predictions being spot-on to exceptional service during the entire process, we feel like we won the lottery when we contracted with them! Moving can be stressful and having a realtor who understands and knows how to relieve some of the pressure is invaluable. Communication was excellent and prompt. They were engaged from beginning to end and personable. They were sincere in wanting to help and even available to take care of a few loose ends on our behalf after we moved out of state. Wayne and Austin are an incomparable team and we highly recommend them.

When we were buying our first home, Bentley was remarkably patient. Not only were we new to the area, but we also had no idea what we were doing! If that weren't enough, she also had to deal with one of us being out of town for work 99% of the time. She walked us through each step of the process, enlightened us on neighborhoods and good re-sell value points, and generally managed our stress levels like a pro. I can't imagine moving again - not yet - but, when the time comes, she's first on my call list.
