She looks out for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone. Trisha served as buyer's agent on two purchases for us. We began our relationship in search of an investment property. Trisha was very instrumental in guiding us through the process of looking for and finding a wonderful investment property in 2014, which offered a good ROI-return on investment. Next she went on to assist us in the purchase of our primary residence in Henrico in 2015. I found her to be very skillful in presenting our offer and negotiating for us. Patricia was amazing! She was super helpful, especially to someone like me who was buying my first home. She listened to exactly what we wanted in a house and only took us to places that matched our criteria. We didn't have to waste any time, and we actually found a house in one day! If she didn't know the answers to our questions, she willingly found out the answer from others quickly without any work on our part.
