Patricia is a wonderful realtor!! She goes above and beyond to communicate with you through each step of the home purchase process. She and her husband, Rob, are professional, highly responsive, and knowledgeable. We would recommend them to anyone!

I wish I could award 10 stars for Trisha and Rob! They are a dynamic, formidable team, capable of providing comprehensive, expert service in every aspect of real estate. Trisha consistently exceeds expectations and anticipates questions, offering support and guidance throughout the selling/purchasing process. She found our dream home in four days, and we had a contract within 24 hours. And, she sold our home in a flash! Trisha and Rob represent the best of the best in RVA real estate. If you have a home to buy or sell, call them TODAY!!

Trisha is very professional, detail oriented and follows through on everything. We purchased a foreclosure home that needed some work and she has been a great resource for small and large repairs (roof leak and HVAC) that our home needed after we purchased it. I would highly recommend her for selling or purchasing your next home.

First Impressions are everything! We first met Trisha and Rob and walked away saying to ourselves that they are the team we wanted to work with to buy our first house. Trisha got to know us as first-time home buyers and never thought of us as a statistic or a sales commission. Her personal note to the seller with our offer made the difference among the multiple offers that were submitted on the house. They were highly responsive and professional throughout the process. Thank you, Trisha for a job well done!!

Sarah is AWESOME! We kept going back and forth on whether we wanted to rent or own, and she was willing to help no matter what. If we wanted to see it, she made it happen. If we ever sell our current house, she will be the person we call to help us sell it!

Sarah is wonderful! She guided us through a tough sellers market when buying our house and even tougher negotiations once we were under contract with our sellers. She was simultaneously the listing agent for a condo sale for us. Less than a week after listing we had multiple offers all over asking price. Highly recommend Sarah for all your real estate needs!

I absolutely loved working with Sarah. She was verypatient with me as I was very picky. She made every effort to work with my schedule and keep me informed on available properties. We looked at a lot of houses and I never felt pressured to just pick one. She was also very knowledgeable about the market and really answered a lot of my questions during the process. I also appreciate that she had good contacts for all the other processes we had to go through when it came time to buy. She really does her best for her clients!

Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local housing market, which I appreciated as someone unfamiliar with the area.
