Wes was great to work with. We blew into town one Friday on a fast track house hunt. We were on a tight timeframe. He changed his plans to go away that weekend to work with us and show us some houses and by Sunday evening, we had a contract on a great property. Wes was always responsive to our emails and texts. He kept us up to date on everything we needed to know as we headed toward settlement. He handled setting up appointments for inspections, walk through and closing. When a problem came up during the home inspection, Wes negotiated a credit from the seller and referred a contractor to complete the repairs. From start to finish, Wes came through for us. We moved to Richmond in 2012. Wes was referred to us by our agent in Shenandoah County. I would recommend Wes to anyone who wants to buy a house in the Richmond area. I worked with him during the spring and summer of 2018 to find a house in the Fan and he proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He always returned texts or calls in a matter of minutes and provided excellent advice regarding the 100+ year old houses around here. He is patient, did not put any pressure to make a decision, and was very upfront regarding the issues in some of the houses we looked at. Once we did find a property he very quickly and seamlessly handled everything from the inspection to the closing.
