I had a very limited window in which I was present in Richmond to find a home and she made sure to be available and to provide a variety of quality home options. She listened to my concerns, understood my budget, and found a home that hit all of the requirements. She worked around challenging logistics, a changing economic environment, and did her best to put me first. It was an impressive and enjoyable display. I sincerely appreciate that I am home again.

Austin and Wayne were the perfect duo to help up sell our home. Both of them are incredibly dedicated to their profession and it really shows. What I loved about the way they approached the sale of our house was that it was data driven. They came prepared with comps in the our area and for our particular design of home. The way they marketed our home was very smart and savvy, using social media and virtual walk throughs. Our home was under contract in one week. Everything from the start to contract was taken care of, and they were completely on top of their game. What more so showed me how great of a team they are was when a tree fell on our home 10 days before closing. Wayne and Austin helped us every step of them way and kept communication very strong so we could get to the finish line. They are the best real estate duo in Richmond and I could not recommend them enough. They are great communicators, problem solvers, real estate experts, and made the whole process flawless. We will definitely be working with them again when we are ready to buy our next home.

I highly recommend Austin and Wayne Gauthier to anyone buying or selling a house. I first met Wayne seven years ago, when in a slow market, he was able to sell my house in two weeks when I moved to Texas. Wayne was so exceptional that when I decided to move back to Richmond, I used Wayne and Austin to help me purchase a new house. In a very competitive market, they helped me find my dream home. We could not have chosen a better realtor to help us find our new home for our family and sell the one we loved. The market this past year was a challenging one to buy during BUT on the other hand it was a great market to sell in. Austin shared ideas to strategize on both the selling and buying ends and sold our home in record time and for far more than we had ever imagined which allowed us more flexibility when buying our next home. Her humor and grace was so welcomed over this past year. I've even recommended that my parents work with Austin and Wayne for their future needs. Selling and buying can be stressful but Austin made us feel at ease and helped us calmly navigate each step - all the way through getting settled into our new home. My husband had used Wayne as his RE Agent in RVA 3 times previously before we moved away in 2014. Now that we are coming back to the RVA area from out of state we called Wayne and got the same amazing service from 500 miles away that we would had we been in town. And now Austin is an added bonus to the team. It has been a challenge buying a house during this pandemic, and from 3 states away. Wayne & Austin went out of their way to "show us" this house without us ever actually setting foot in it! Also their company does things like find a contractor for you for any work you may need done, cleaners, landscapers, etc. Its 1 stop real estate shipping at it's best! Added bonus, we will be in Wayne's neighborhood once we move! We can't wait to come back to RVA and Wayne & Austin have been an enormous and welcome help in these trying times!
