Working with Wayne and Austin was a wonderful experience! We had actually worked with them when we first moved to the Richmond area and ended up buying in Powhatan. They worked tirelessly on our behalf, thought of everything, patiently answered all of our questions, and recommended several reliable contractors and companies when necessary. We were excited to work with them again when the time came to sell our house and buy a new one. We highly recommended working with them if you can!

Wayne Gauthier was wonderful to work with. He was recommended by friends. We moved from upstate New York and made the purchase remotely and he helped make the process as smooth as possible. My husband and I would highly recommend him and Austin who worked behind the scenes.

Wayne and Austin did a great job helping me sell my home as well as buy with my fiancee. They were able to fetch a price for my house so much more than I ever thought possible and took great care to help us find a home during the COVID restrictions. Both were on top of any questions we had and explaining paperwork, options to sell/buy, and how to navigate the process. They were flexible with their schedules as well as ours to get us out to see homes no matter the day and time. This is the second time I've bought with Wayne and first with Austin but I would highly recommend working with both to buy or sell.

Wayne and Austin were extremely knowledgeable about the Richmond home market and provided us with helpful information as we purchased our home. Their communications with us and the seller's agent were very clear and prompt. Our closing happened on schedule and we were very pleased with their oversight of the entire process. We needed to sell our house quickly due to an employment relocation and a neighbor referred Wayne and Austin. We couldn't have been happier with their expertise and service. From the market predictions being spot-on to exceptional service during the entire process, we feel like we won the lottery when we contracted with them! Moving can be stressful and having a realtor who understands and knows how to relieve some of the pressure is invaluable. Communication was excellent and prompt. They were engaged from beginning to end and personable. They were sincere in wanting to help and even available to take care of a few loose ends on our behalf after we moved out of state. Wayne and Austin are an incomparable team and we highly recommend them.
