Wow, what an absolutely wonderful, easy and well executed process using Wes Atiyeh to sell our house! He expertly planned the whole task, listed it when the timing was appropriate and marketed it with superior pictures and video, while staying keenly aware of our personal requirements! He interfaced with all of the necessary people directly and indirectly involved with the sale while keeping us totally informed on a regular basis. He is also an excellent listener and hears what you're saying about anything related to your house and the sale process. Overall, we were very well pleased and completely satisfied. We would give 10 stars but the limit is 5.

It was wonderful working with Wes Atiyeh to sell my mother's home. My sister and I were feeling overwhelmed by the task, especially because it was the home where we grew up, and where our mother lived for over 40 years. She is now suffering from dementia and needed to sell the home and come to live with me. Mr. Atiyeh guided us through the process, treating our mom with so much gentleness and respect. He is very knowledgeable of the area and knew of respectable companies with whom to work to get the home prepared for sale. We were able to bring the home to closing within six weeks, start to finish. I recommend him with five stars!

Wes Atiyeh was the most responsive REALTOR I have ever worked with other than the one we have in Florida who has been a personal friend for almost 20 years! We did not even know Wes until that first phone call and he very quickly got into looking for just what we asked him for. Whenever we had questions he got the answers as quickly as possible. On a scale if 1-10 I would rate him a solid 10 !!
