I recently relocated to Richmond from Oklahoma City for work and was not familiar with the city or housing market at all. Wes was great to work with. We blew into town one Friday on a fast track house hunt. We were on a tight timeframe. He changed his plans to go away that weekend to work with us and show us some houses and by Sunday evening, we had a contract on a great property. Wes was always responsive to our emails and texts. He kept us up to date on everything we needed to know as we headed toward settlement. He handled setting up appointments for inspections, walk through and closing. When a problem came up during the home inspection, Wes negotiated a credit from the seller and referred a contractor to complete the repairs. From start to finish, Wes came through for us. We moved to Richmond in 2012. Wes was referred to us by our agent in Shenandoah County.
