Wayne Gauthier is the absolute best! As first-time homebuyers in the Richmond area, we were referred to Wayne through a work colleague and are so very thankful! Wayne is super knowledgeable about the home buying process in general, as well as particulars of the Richmond market, and quickly educated us about what to expect throughout the entire journey.
