Treva was a pleasure to work with! She had great recommendations and was extremely quick with any actionable items; which is super important in today's hot market. Couldn't recommend her enough!

This was our first time purchasing a home, and I'm so thankful we had Christine as our agent. Christine made the process simple for us, was attentive to the details we were looking for in a home, and was consistently on our side with everything during the home-buying process. I can't imagine having a better agent to work with. We love our new home, and if we were ever to move again, Christine would be the first person we would call. Thank you, Christine!

Treva was so wonderful to work with! She helped us sell our existing home and purchase our next home simultaneously, which included a lot of moving parts but she was there for us every step of the way. She is super responsive - she made us feel like her only client's even though I know she was really very busy! She's also just a joy to be around and made the home buying experience a lot of fun. 10/10 would recommend to ALL!

I loved working with Treva! She helped me buy a home during the heat of the housing market and made it seamless. From the time we started looking at homes through writing the contract and negotiations, to the final walk through and move in, she was there to make sure it was a smooth transition. She is very knowledgeable about the housing market and a savvy negotiator. I would highly recommend Treva as a Realtor.

Treva was so amazing to work with! She is a great communicator and incredibly knowledgeable and client centered. She stuck with me through numerous offers and came up with creative ways to make my offers more competitive in a very difficult market. She was proactive in setting up showings and sending me listings, highlighting the ones she thought I would be most interested in. She is very friendly, personable and easy to work with and always kept my best interests in mind. She struck the perfect balance of allowing me to make decisions and not feel pressured, while also guiding me and offering up her expertise. I would highly recommend her!

I was able to execute three sales in 2022 with super agent Treva Thomas. In addition to the sale of my father's home which was tricky enough, Treva was able to negotiate and complete the purchase of a home that had multiple owners. Her patience, confidence and constant communication lead to a smooth process in a complicated transaction. Finally, she was able to shepherd the sale of our home which never reached market yet garnered a price above asking with favorable terms. Contact Treva - you will be happy you did! Bryan C.

Treva Thomas helped me purchase my house in a very tight market. Her knowledge and experience with writing a compelling contract made all the difference when competing with other bids. When it came to inspection she helped me decipher which items were worth haggling over. I have already recommended Treva to friends looking to buy a home and I will use her again myself without hesitation! Elizabeth T.
