Wes Atiyeh was the most responsive REALTOR I have ever worked with other than the one we have in Florida who has been a personal friend for almost 20 years! We did not even know Wes until that first phone call and he very quickly got into looking for just what we asked him for. Whenever we had questions he got the answers as quickly as possible. On a scale if 1-10 I would rate him a solid 10 !!

Wes has excellent knowledge of the Greater Richmond Area, and consistently gave better answers than google. Wes' initiative in addressing situations head on not only alleviated many of the concerns I had as a first time home buyer, but genuinely made my home purchase possible. (The house was taken off the market before I made an offer. Wes was able to provide guidance on Why and I was able to close on it later). Additionally, Wes has a network of capable professionals for any services related to home buying & upkeep. Many of them ended up being significantly better alternatives than ones I had approached through online channels. At the same time, there was no pressure to go with any of the suggested service providers and I felt free to look around at other options.
