His professionalism and knowledge was immediately apparent the first time he met my Mother and I to plan the sale of her home of almost 35 years. Throughout the process, Wes was genuinely interested in achieving the best outcome for my Mom, and it was a relief for me knowing everything was in his capable hands. I was particularly impressed with Wes' communications style as well; not only in the thoughtful way in which he worked with my Mom, but also throughout the process he kept us informed and took the time to explain complicated aspects of the process in a way that could be easily understood. His recommendations on preparing the house for sale, and strategy for listing resulted in a quick easy sale that was a relief.
