Wes was the consummate professional. The home buying process can be so stressful and Wes' calm demeanor was a good fit for my husband and I as we can tend to become a bit high strung under pressure. Wes listened patiently to us when we were explaining our wants and needs and was able to accurately gauge what it was we were trying to accomplish. He was very dependable doing what he said he would do and when he said he would do it! We would definitely use Wes again as he made the entire experience very pleasant indeed.

Outstanding! It was a great pleasure to work with Wes. This is our 7th house, so we have had a broad experience. Wes is very reliable and patient. He offers his very valuable and well informed opinion without forcing it on the buyer. He is very helpful and flexible, on one occasion driving over 100 miles to virtually show us a house we thought we were interested in. During our few days together in Richmond he earned our trust to the point where we were very comfortable relying on his judgment and ended up buying the house without ever seeing it in person.
