We had a tremendous home buying experience with Mary. We were relocating from out of state and had limited windows to tour houses. What struck us was that Mary really took the time to truly listen to our needs and get a sense of our aesthetics and personalities. Throughout the process she asked us clarifying questions that helped us refine our search. She was tireless and diligent in showing us houses in a very compact time frame and she helped us find the perfect home.Mary was incredibly engaged and helpful throughout the process all the way to closing and beyond. As newcomers to the Richmond area we deeply appreciated her advice and suggestions from contractors to tradespeople decorators to neighborhood restaurants (now we too highly recommend Patina). Most important she didn't "just" sell us a home; she genuinely cares. We highly recommend Mary.

Mary was fabulous to work with!! My sister and I live out of state and Mary sold our parent's house and our brother's townhouse for us. She knew what was entailed in getting both homes updated repaired and staged. She is professional but also kind as both homes were hard for us to "let go". She was helpful knowledgeable efficient and personable. The 2 homes sold quickly which was extra nice; proves she certainly knows the business.
