We first met John Daylor & his team back in October 2013 when we decided it was time to look for our first home. Their professionalism responsiveness and honesty was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor. The process seemed so easy working with them and we truly appreciate all of their efforts. In December 2015 we needed to put our house on the market as our jobs transferred us out of state and John Daylor & his team was our first & only choice! Since this was our first time ever selling a home we were very unsure of the process. After meeting with John and having him thoroughly explain how everything works - we felt so comfortable and it just confirmed that we were in great hands! He had some wonderful recommendations for putting the house on the market and once we finally did - it was under contract within 1 week. John Daylor & his team did such a fabulous job marketing our home and following up with potential buyers. After the home was under contract we worked with his team for the next 2 months ensuring everything was completed and finalized for closing. His team is extremely thorough and responsive and we honestly feel so lucky to have worked with them. Thank you to John Daylor and his entire team - you guys are WONDERFUL!

We had our home in Wyndham listed with 2 previous agents for over a year. We switched to the John Daylor team on a Friday and had a contract in 2 days. John has helped my parents buy and sell houses for years so when my fiance and I were ready to buy our first home we already knew who we were going to use as a realtor. We knew we were in good hands but had no idea how above and beyond the team would go to make sure we were happy comfortable and educated on the entire process. We never once felt rushed or pressured to buy a property that we weren't set on even after looking for nearly 6 months.<br />We unfortunately had a very difficult time with the Seller of the property but John and his team handled it beautifully and put our minds at ease every day. They fought for us and refused to let us get the short end of the stick from someone who easily could have taken advantage of us. They made sure everything in that house was up to their standards down to the tiniest details so that all we would have to worry about after closing was moving in.<br />What impressed us the most about John and his team was how important they made us feel. We bought a starter home which was probably at the lower end of their typical purchase price but they treated us just like she would have if we had been buying a million dollar mansion. They made us feel like we mattered and that we deserved the best and that meant the world to us during such a stressful time. They still follow up regularly to check in and make sure everything is going well.<br />I would recommend the John Daylor team over and over to anyone who wants to take some of the stress out of buying a home!

John and his team worked with me to sell my house in April 2016 and it went very well. From the listing all the way through the closing John's team was experienced and knowledgeable in managing the process. His team approach worked well as everyone has a specific focus hand-offs between team members were seamless and execution was flawless. In my case we went from listing to closing in 48 days without a hitch and while many things must fall into place for that to happen John and the machine-like precision of his team were a big part of it. Based on my experience I would have no qualms about using John again to sell a house.
