Trisha assisted me during a very difficult time, selling my father's house after he had passed away. I was unfamiliar with the area and I couldn't have the property sitting on the market for months. After getting a very low offer on the house, I turned to Trisha for help. I explained my situation, looking to sell the property quickly at a fair price. She recommended a "price to sell" strategy. It worked, we had an offer on the house in three weeks, and the property was sold a month later. Turns out, 169% higher than the low offer I received. She continually kept me informed of showings and the feedback from those showings. She also helped me navigate the negotiations after the home inspection found several minor issues with the home (And I'll say she was a tough negotiator), and she made sure closing went smoothly as I was unsure how to close on a house in probate. She truly looked after my best interest throughout the process. You won't be disappointed going with Trisha!

My husband had used Wayne as his RE Agent in RVA 3 times previously before we moved away in 2014. Now that we are coming back to the RVA area from out of state we called Wayne and got the same amazing service from 500 miles away that we would had we been in town. And now Austin is an added bonus to the team. It has been a challenge buying a house during this pandemic, and from 3 states away. Wayne & Austin went out of their way to "show us" this house without us ever actually setting foot in it! Also their company does things like find a contractor for you for any work you may need done, cleaners, landscapers, etc. Its 1 stop real estate shipping at it's best! Added bonus, we will be in Wayne's neighborhood once we move! We can't wait to come back to RVA and Wayne & Austin have been an enormous and welcome help in these trying times!
