Vera managed our rental property for over a decade. During that entire time she has consistently maintained a high standard of care and excellent communication. She has kept up to date on market changes and notified us immediately with issues that might impact our ability to rent the property. She also managed day to day issues as they arose. When the time came to sell, she was ready with an estimate that was above recent sales prices. Our property had an offer within a month and we closed shortly after. We have been fortunate to have her as our realtor and recommend her highly to anyone needing a real estate agent in the greater Richmond area.

Wayne and Austin did a great job helping me sell my home as well as buy with my fiancee. They were able to fetch a price for my house so much more than I ever thought possible and took great care to help us find a home during the COVID restrictions.
