Wes was more than an agent for my brother and I during the process of selling my parents' home, he was a trusted adviser, counselor and therapist too. He gave us strategic and practical advice on preparing the house for sale, and more than once rolled up his sleeves and got his hands dirty (at one point he cut his finger pulling up the wall to wall carpet in my childhood bedroom to show me the pristine 1965 oak floors he suspected were hidden beneath). When it came to finding and vetting the prospective buyers and offers he was tactically brilliant. Wes let us make the decisions but guided us along the path and provided help whenever we needed it, and the end result was well worth it! It's stressful to go through many years of stuff in the process of emptying a family home but Wes helped us see that it was doable and made sure we had the expert assistance we needed, from wonderful junk haulers to estate sale specialists. And the photos they took made the house look fantastic!
